We are sure you are all aware of the High Temperature aletrs issued for Monday. We have been in constant contact with the circuits and are satisfied that the contingency plans they will have in place and common sense from all parties involved the events can go ahead.
Circuits will be opening up additional areas to provide shade although we would still suggest that if you have a Gazebo or silmilar sunshade you bring it along.
The circuits have ordered additional supplies of bottled water for sale.Bedford has Free Water Sations in both Paddock Suites and tap water is freely available to top up your own bottles / containers at both venues.
Driving – As with any Trackday you should drive to the conditions on the day. This may mean driving shorter but more sessions than normal.
Marshals – The real heroes of the hour. We are assured the circuits have made adequate plans for their welfare in the shape of Shelter, post rotation, relief and hydration. However we will have donation buckets at Sign On if you wish to “Buy a Marshal a Drink”
